When we reply
We aim to respond to every email within 1 to 2 business days. Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Central Time. Messages sent on a weekend or public holiday are answered the next business day.

If you are writing about an order, please include:

- a photo, if the item arrived damaged or is not what was pictured
