Nordic Cotton Gauze Boho Throw

Cotton gauze is the right weight for a summer bedroom. The weave stays open, so warm air passes through instead of building up underneath, and the blanket takes the chill off an air-conditioned room overnight without leaving you too hot by three in the morning. It has the crinkled texture gauze develops with washing, which is what gives a plain throw its character in a plain room.

Machine wash it cool on a gentle cycle and tumble dry low or line dry, and the gauze will soften a little more each time. Avoid bleach so the printed pattern keeps its depth of colour.
