A cordless diffuser solves the problem every plug in model creates, which is that the scent has to live wherever the socket is. This one is rechargeable, so it can hang in a hallway, a bathroom, an entryway or a walk in wardrobe with no cable trailing down the wall. Once mounted it releases a fine ultrasonic mist on a schedule you set and quietly gets on with keeping the space smelling looked after.
The spray is directed upward in a vertical column rather than straight out at face height, so the fragrance rises and spreads through the room instead of hitting whoever walks past. Five spray levels let you match the output to the size of the space, from a small cloakroom to an open landing, and five colors of ambient light pair with them, so the mood of the room shifts along with the scent through the evening.
The slim ABS body measures just 165 millimeters tall and sits close to the wall, using natural plant extract refills for a soft, clean fragrance rather than anything heavy. Recharge it when the battery runs low, wipe the nozzle occasionally so the mist stays fine, and mount it high enough that children and pets cannot reach the unit or the refill. Keep refill bottles closed and stored away from where little hands can find them.
